The Keysight UXR0104A Infiniium UXR-Series Oscilloscope delivers superior measurement accuracy with up to four channels of simultaneous 110 GHz bandwidth, each sampling at 256 GSa/s with 10-bit high-definition ADC resolution.

This instrument offers exceptional performance with up to 100x faster measurement capabilities, enabled by a powerful measurement acceleration ASIC and memory controller capable of 5 trillion integer operations per second (IOPS).

The UXR-Series is fully upgradeable and scalable, allowing easy upgrades to bandwidth, memory, channel count, and software capabilities to meet evolving testing requirements.

Available in three models based on bandwidth, sample rate, and input connector size, the Infiniium UXR-Series offers bandwidths from 5 GHz to 110 GHz with various 1-channel, 2-channel, or 4-channel configurations.

The 3.5mm models feature Keysight AutoProbe II interfaces, while 1mm and 1.85mm models incorporate the advanced high-performance Keysight AutoProbe III interface.
